20%

co-investment in innovative sustainability projects

We’re on a mission to change commerce for the better and we know that real change starts with ambitious sustainability ideas, dedicated action and collaboration.

That’s why we’ve launched our IMPACT Change Programme, dedicating 5% of our profit to co-invest in innovative sustainability projects that can reshape the commerce industry.

We’re on the lookout for innovative projects that set new standards for what’s possible in commerce – and we’re ready to back your ambitious ideas with up to 20% co-investment, helping you create real impact for people, planet and profit.

So, if you share our passion and have an idea or a project that could drive this transformation, we’d love to hear from you.

Our ambition is to lead the transformation, pushing beyond the status quo to create lasting, meaningful change. Together with our clients, we’re dedicated to reshaping commerce so that it benefits people, planet and profit alike.

TURNING AMBITIONS INTO SOLUTIONS

In the Omnichannel Index 2024, which assessed more than 350 brands and retailers throughout the entire customer journey, we saw a significant gap between sustainability ambitions and actual action.

The data revealed an average sustainable performance score of just 19 out of 100 in areas like circular business models, accessibility, and transparency. At the same time, we see that most businesses genuinely want to do better – they’re just struggling to turn their ambitions into real, impactful solutions.

But here’s the thing: sustainability isn’t just a challenge. It’s an opportunity to level up customer experiences and business value.

Let’s close the gap together.

I wholeheartedly believe that adopting a sustainable commerce strategy holds the key to unlocking new opportunities for purposeful growth. It can help boost profits, drive optimisation, reduce costs, mitigate risks, attract top talent, and foster innovative business models, to name just a few benefits.

WHO CAN GET A CO-INVESTMENT?

We’re open to ideas. If your organisation, big or small, has the ambition to change commerce for the better, we’d love to hear from you.

We believe in letting innovation lead the way, without any limitations when it comes to rethinking commerce. However, to help set the scene, here are some examples of what a collaboration could stem from:

#1

You’re ready to take transparency to a whole new level by implementing digital product passports, empowering customers to make more informed decisions, and strengthening customer relationships and loyalty.

#2

You want to reduce your return rate and optimise last-mile delivery to cut emissions, increase profitability, and ensure happier customers.

#3

You want to increase circularity but you need the right strategy and re-commerce setup to make it succeed.

So, if your organisation has a great idea and the ambition to change commerce for the better, we’re ready to collaborate. Let’s explore how we can drive change together.
