Customer Success fuels Record result at IMPACT Commerce

IMPACT Commerce delivers record numbers in 2025 as it successfully helps businesses accelerate digital transformation and embrace AI-powered innovation.

The 2025 financial result for IMPACT Commerce reached record numbers; gross profit hit DKK 255,67 million – a 20,4 % increase since 2024 – EBITDA for the year was DKK 38,07 million and EBIT hit DKK 28,97 million.

“I am pleased with the result for 2025. In a volatile market it proves the deep industry expertise and the quality of work we delivered to customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and consumer brands,” says Kasper Holst, CEO at IMPACT Commerce.

The company focuses on helping customers unlock growth opportunities, operational efficiency, and customer engagement through data and technology. It requires a close partnership, and the strong results come from our shared ownership, mutual trust and multidisciplinary teams working as one.

“Our customers no longer ask for another platform implementation. They are looking for partners who can help transform their commercial business – from customer acquisition and sales to fulfilment, service and long-term growth. That requires a much broader set of capabilities,” says Kasper Holst.

Built on customer results

Throughout 2025, IMPACT Commerce partnered with customers across manufacturing, distribution, retail and consumer brands to modernise their digital business. Together, we helped organisations strengthen customer engagement, improve operational efficiency and build the digital capabilities needed for future growth.

The commerce market is changing rapidly. Staying ahead requires talented people working together across disciplines and technologies to solve increasingly complex business challenges. That collaborative culture, combined with deep technical expertise and a relentless focus on customer value, is what enables us to innovate, adapt, and create real business impact,Kasper Holst says.

From intelligent customer experiences and AI-powered commerce to automation and data-driven decision-making, the company is helping customers turn their data into a competitive advantage.

“We work every day to fuel innovation and reengineer commerce, marketing and service operations. That means going beyond what’s expected; looking further ahead, asking better questions to customers, and knowing what it takes to make ideas real,” says Kasper Holst.
