Webinar: A digital roadmap for B2B companies
In the past decade, B2B companies have moved away from being production companies to becoming more service-oriented companies. But most companies are still in transition.
With greater competition from the East, these companies have to compete on aspects other than price and quality. They must rely their business model on services as well, as this is harder to replicate than tangible products.
At this Bytes of IMPACT, we will investigate what it takes to deliver services that support both the customers’ needs and the company’s strategy. We will break the transformation down and look at:
- How to strengthen your competitive advantage through services
- How to initiate your journey towards value-adding services
- Hands-on examples of successful transformation projects
This webinar will be held in English and will last approx. 45 minutes.
