The omni spotlight was on IMPACT when the awards were presented at the Sitecore Experience Awards 2018. This is because IMPACT, together with and Bog & Idé, could take pride in receiving two Sitecore Experience Awards. This is the third time that IMPACT has won the category of Nordic’s Best Commerce Experience.

The award for “Best Web Content Experience” in the Nordic region went to IMPACT and Together we had focused on revolutionizing the shopping experience – the focus was not just on making the day-to-day lives of Danes easier, but on creating the framework for a personal customer experience and unique freedom of action.

This award marks the second time IMPACT and have taken a “statuette” home from the Sitecore Experience Awards.

Together with Bog & idé, we can also celebrate being number one in the category “Best Commerce Experience” in the Nordic region. Our vision has been clear from the start. Unique customer experiences are created through a strong symbiosis between the physical stores and the digital platforms. Today, 70 percent of all online orders are picked up in the store and this has strengthened Bog & idé’s “click and collect” concept.
