MARSHALL’S UNIFIED DIGITAL PLATFORM

Explore Marshall's innovative digital platform – a seamless fusion of e-commerce and enriched content, architected for superior online engagement.

For over a decade, IMPACT Commerce has been the trusted technology and strategic partner for Marshall Group.

With the launch of Marshall.com, a culmination of the ambitious merger of Zound Industries and Marshall Amplification, the partnership has reached a new milestone.

ONE SITE. ONE EXPERIENCE. ALL THINGS MARSHALL.

This merger was not just about integrating two companies – it was about creating a singular, new experience that brings together diverse audiences and product categories under one roof.

It’s designed not only to serve as a global e-commerce platform, but also as a central hub for the brand’s extensive content and community engagements.

The result is a unified, multi-cloud, multi-purpose website that seamlessly merges e-commerce with rich content experiences and varied content types for all things Marshall.

AGILE APPROACH AND CUTTING-EDGE TECH

By adopting an agile project methodology, we initiated this transformation last summer, with the first deliverables rolled out by April 2024.

The technical backbone is a composable, multi-cloud setup, incorporating Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud (Customer Service) and Voyado Engage (CRM and Marketing Automation).

The site is built on a Progressive Web App (PWA) foundation using React – an innovative approach within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is complemented by Contentful CMS, enabling a headless architecture that provides flexibility in content management across different platforms.
