Zound Industries, home of renowned audio brand Marshall Headphones, has been a partner for quite some time. Nevertheless, we were more than pleased to be chosen as a partner for improving the tech foundation for, you guessed it, Marshall Headphones.  

Together, we set out to improve the audio brand’s digital infrastructure to match their global and growing customer base, meet new market expectations and make more room for great sound.

04. SOLUTION

REWIND AND REBOOT

Together with the Marshall team, we took on the challenge of rebooting the entire e-commerce infrastructure by migrating to the Salesforce ecosystem. We were part of the exciting journey before, during and after launch – and here’s how we went about it. 

When asked to be the leading partner for this journey, our dedicated project team quickly became the central point of collaboration. This included working with the Commerce Cloud implementation, the integration to Marketing and Service Cloud, the design agency, the Marketing Cloud and the Service Cloud agency.

Together, we set out to challenge the status quo and continuously push the boundaries. We did it by assembling a great project team and ensuring that all parties had each other’s back. To Marshall, e-commerce is nothing without great UX. We couldn’t agree more. When kicking off our collaboration, our mission was to create product pages that are not only dynamic, informative, and inspiring but are highly product-focused, offering great UX and usability. 

Today, the site is performing better than ever, and its scalable digital infrastructure will only help them grow further for many years to come. And hopefully, so will our collaboration.
