Three go-lives in just one week together with Farmácias Portuguesas

Farmácias Portuguesas, a B2C brand within the ANF (Associação Nacional das Farmácias) ecosystem, representing more than 94% of all pharmacies in Portugal, has gone live with three key digital initiatives developed with IMPACT.
This milestone marks an important step in strengthening its digital foundation and advancing its digitalisation journey, while enhancing the way it engages with customers and the wider public.
The ambition was clear: to build a scalable setup that streamlines communication processes and elevates how Farmácias Portuguesas delivers valuable, relevant and trusted health content across channels.
The setup is now live, delivered through three coordinated launches:
New automated journeys, SMS delivery, and consent management, connected through the E-GOI / Adobe Commerce module, now give Farmácias Portuguesas a compliant and efficient way to reach audiences with timely, relevant communication.
The updated blog offers clearer navigation, improved features, and a stronger content framework, making it easier for Farmácias Portuguesas to share expert knowledge and engage its community.
The well-known health and lifestyle magazine, widely distributed through Portuguese pharmacies, is now fully accessible online, expanding its reach and creating opportunities for deeper content insights.

The National Association of Pharmacies (ANF), founded in 1975, represents the owners of community pharmacies in Portugal. It currently has more than 2,700 member pharmacies, representing approximately 94% of all community pharmacies nationwide.
