With Salesforce at the core, we’re transforming Musti’s omnichannel operations to create a seamless, future-ready setup. The new solution integrates Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Order Management, supported by advanced Martech tools, personalisation capabilities, and PIM systems.

This project really highlights that Salesforce is much more than just a commerce engine – it’s a key enabler for omnichannel, connecting everything from customer journeys to backend operations and giving Musti the foundation it needs to grow.
