Appointing four new partners to strengthen our leadership team
Recognising the people who shape our culture, strengthen our business, and help lead us forward.
At IMPACT Commerce, becoming a partner reflects long-term contribution, trust, and a shared responsibility for where we’re heading as a business.
We’re proud to introduce four new partners: Sarah Mørch Svendsen (Senior Partner), Bo Skov Selbach, Kasper Knudsen and Kristian Kehlet.
Each of them has helped strengthen how we deliver complex commerce programmes, collaborate across teams, and build lasting client relationships. Their appointments recognise the impact they’ve already made – and the leadership they continue to show.
Expanding our partner group strengthens the senior foundation of IMPACT across B2C and B2B. It keeps experienced leaders close to both strategy and execution, reinforces the standards we hold ourselves to, and ensures that as we grow, we do so with accountability and quality at the core, so we can continue delivering the best possible solutions for our clients.
Get to know them a bit better
Sarah Mørch Svendsen
Sarah Mørch Svendsen steps into the role of Senior Partner – a natural recognition of the leadership she already brings to IMPACT.
Over the past years, she has played a key role in strengthening our business across locations and in major programmes such as FTZ and EPOS. Sarah combines strong technical insight with clear expectations and a direct, honest leadership style. She sets the bar high and supports people in reaching it.
At the same time, she is a true driver of our culture. From planning the company ski trip to bringing sweets for the office and making sure everyone feels seen, Sarah invests in the community around her. And if you’re ever looking for her, just scan the room for pink. There’s a good chance she’s wearing it.
Bo Skov Selbach
Bo Skov Selbach has been part of IMPACT for nearly eight years, and in many ways, he represents the steady backbone of our organisation.
He leads complex projects with calm focus and a strong sense of responsibility. When things get complicated, Bo brings structure and perspective – and people trust him because he delivers.
At the same time, he invests in the bigger picture. He has helped build Subject Matter Expert groups, improve shared ways of working, and strengthen collaboration across teams. In Copenhagen, he’s also helped create a welcoming, professional environment where people feel part of something.
Bo combines professionalism with presence. He cares about doing things properly – and about the people doing them.
Kasper Knudsen
Kasper Knudsen joined IMPACT in 2021 and has been a strong representative of our values from day one.
He is deeply customer‑centric and continuously raises the bar when it comes to quality and delivery, always striving to create real value for our customers.
Kasper is a true team player who is always willing to support and help colleagues across teams. In B2B vertical, he has played a key role as a strong thought leader, both internally and externally, helping to strengthen IMPACT’s position in the market.
With his dedication, professionalism and collaborative mindset, Kasper continues to be an important driver of IMPACT’s commercial success and future growth.
He brings energy to everything he does – whether in business, on the padel court, or sharing his passion for champagne.
Kristian Kehlet
Kristian Kehlet joined IMPACT 2.5 years ago and quickly became an important voice in our B2C consulting practice.
He has a sharp mind and a calm, thoughtful way of working. Kristian is good at asking the right questions and helping teams find clarity when things feel complex. He has been central in major programmes for B&O, GANT and ECCO, helping turn big ambitions into realistic plans.
He’s curious, reflective and generous with his knowledge. Kristian challenges ideas when needed, but always in a constructive way that moves the conversation forward.
He brings both direction and balance to the teams he works with.
Ready for the next era of commerce
Together, Sarah, Bo, Kasper and Kristian represent the kind of leadership we believe in: commercially strong, professionally grounded, and deeply committed to the people around them.
Their appointments strengthen IMPACT’s senior foundation across B2C and B2B, while reinforcing the culture and standards that define how we work. As we continue to grow, it matters that leadership stays close to both clients and teams – and that our values are reflected not just in what we say, but in how we act.
We’re proud to see them step into this next chapter.
