With NewStore, the shopping experience goes mobile. Customer data, inventory status and cash registers are gathered in one app, so you can serve customers from an iPhone anywhere in the store and view stock across locations.

Whether a customer wants to return an item or know the size of the last dress she bought, the information is only a couple of taps away on the phone. NewStore integrates digital point-of-sales and order management, allowing staff to view order history from the entire cross-channel journey and manage returns with a mobile or tablet as the only tool.

NewStore is an omnichannel platform that fuses online and physical stores in completely new ways. Instead of online and physical stores acting as two stand-alone entities, NewStore brings the two channels together so you only have one B2C channel. This gives you a better overview of how your customers actually shop.

Features such as endless aisle, mobile checkout and ship-from-store make it easier to create positive shopping experiences, and if an item is sold out, you can see your other stores’ stock and purchase the item there for the customer. It all comes together in one order with one transaction.


NewStore consists of two apps: a customer-oriented one, and one that keeps track of inventory in real time. Back-office functions allow staff to update the store’s stock at lightning speed by connecting a scanner to the phone and scanning the barcodes on the boxes of new items.

NewStore is an open system, i.e., it has APIs available for all business software, making it easy to integrate with other systems.


Even though NewStore is only a few years old, the man behind it is very experienced. Stephan Schambach, the founder of NewStore, previously developed Demandware, today known as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

That is why IMPACT is also proud to be a NewStore implementation partner and go live with one of the first solutions in Europe.
