IMPACT and EPOS take home Optimizely Award
We’re delighted to announce that our collaboration with the premium audio brand EPOS has been recognised at this year’s Optimizely Awards.
The digital (re)birth of the global audio brand has been named the ‘Most Customer-Centric Digital Experience in Europe, Middle East and Africa’. Needless to say, the award is a huge testament to the hard work that has been put into launching EPOS in 159 markets and across 23 currencies in just seven months.
A massive congratulations to the team for creating a customer experience out-of-the-ordinary and a global roll-out at the speed of sound.
Together with EPOS, we've created a digital universe that caters to gamers and global executives all at once. Through personalised content, EPOS accommodates different decision journeys without deviating from its core - to deliver premium sound. It's been a pleasure to be part of this project, and launching it just 14 days before COVID hit and rocketed the demand for quality sound equipment was something else.

EPOS’s new digital platform combines commerce and content in one smooth online experience. The captivating universe is built on Optimizely’s Commerce Cloud and caters to B2C and B2B users alike.
While Optimizely’s user-friendly editing interface allows EPOS’ employees to support all markets with zero constraints, the user-orientedness of the platform allows customers to immerse themselves in a smooth and seamless buying experience.
About the award
The Most Customer Centric Digital Experience Award is given to the customer that has leveraged the Optimizely Content Cloud platform to its full potential. The customer has built an outstanding customer-centric experience for the end-user and used personalisation features like A/B testing, Search & Navigation and Visitor Groups throughout the solution.
