Founded in 1985 as a small distributor of health products, Helsam has grown steadily and now operates stores across the Nordics. The company partners with approximately 230 suppliers in health foods, personal care, and organic products, offering a wide selection of over 13,000 items from its warehouse – available both for retail and wholesale.
