We’ve just released our 2022 financial report
Our gross profit reached 227 million, representing a 43 percent increase compared to the previous accounting period. The result of primary operations across the group is 17.6 million DKK, which is equivalent to a 35 percent increase compared to 2021.

Successful merger and talent acquisition
We are particularly proud of the successful merger we carried out with Swedish Improove in 2021. This, combined with the addition of numerous exceptional professionals over the past year, has further strengthened our position in the market. As a result, we are well-equipped to harness the significant potential we see both internally and in the market as a whole.
Our progress in the B2B segment has been instrumental in driving these remarkable financial results. We have partnered with prominent wholesale companies such as AO, GN, and FTZ, experiencing increasing interest from B2B customers seeking to enhance their omnichannel experiences and invest in digital transformation.
The rise of digital transformation on the strategic agenda combined with growing support from top management has been crucial for the success of this endavour.
What’s in store for the future?
We believe that the key to propel IMPACT further into Europe and achieve our ambitious growth plans, is to prioritise customer experience, customer data, and artificial intelligence.
